While surfing the web today I found a nice step by step write up about polishing wet sanding to remove scratches.

Also if you click the "projects and repairs" link there is a step by step tutorial on replacing the door pins and bushings. This isnt the right place to post the door repair, but just thought I would mention it here since it is on the same website.
