350 small block or 383 Stroker?

Being the F-body nut I am, I couldn't help but chime in.

350 will be more reliable = good daily driver. 383 makes more power but the rods/bearings take a beating = shorter life span. You need to deside which is a better match for how your planning on using it.

4L60E is a POS in my opinion. Id take a 700R4 over it any day.

mmmm i just got my monstertrans minor build up looks pretty and brand new hopefully it goes in well. It looks to be packaged well and was quick delevery.

if youre going to carb it a 700r4 makes more sense anyway since it is not computer controlled. you should be able to pick up a used one cheap. heck i have 2 or 3 of them sitting in my shed...
