94 BLazer S10 Spark Plugs
My 94 S10 Blazer 4x4 Vortect 4.3L V6 is running very very rough. I was told to run some "Sea Foam" through the system and clean out the fuel system. I was thinking about changing the Spark Plugs and wires. What is the easiest way to do this? It looks like the plugs are very hard to get to and the shops I call about doing them are vey expensive.

Got the exact same vehicle. I did the plugs about two years ago and if I remember correctly they weren't that bad to do. The middle plug on the driver's side has to get through the wheelwell. There's a rubber cover you actually cut a flap in if someone already didn't. I ran seafoam through mine yesterday and it didn't help at all. You first get the engine nice and hot, leave it running and pull the big thick vacuum line from the brake booster. Pour between a third and half the bottle right in the vacuum line then turn off the motor. Pour the rest in the gas tank. It'll smoke REALLY BAD. Wait about ten minutes, then start it and get it up to highway speed as soon as you can, for about 15 minutes. It'll look like you just blew a head gasket but that's the seafoam burning the carbon and the gunk out of the system. Hope it works better for you than it did for me!
