Default Which fan to use?

Well,

i want to make the switch to an electric fan but am unsure which one to use. I'm preety sure i'm gonna go with a large single fan. And how difficult is this swap? Any help would be appreciated.

2 speed motors and they draw some serious wind.

Edited: Blazin_Jason,
Nice write up. You should do a How-To-For this board. That way I know where to find it when I do my swap.
