Default Replacing plugs

I haven't had my blazer too long and I was planning on putting in some bosch plugs but while I was getting ready to replace them I saw that the plugs were nearly impossible to get to. Is it even physically possible to get to the plugs or is there some trick that I don't know? Thanks for the help.

All of them are easiest to access through the inner fender/wheelhouse. And it will give you more room if you raise the suspension and let the wheel hang....also #3 is kind of hard even through the wheelhouse...do a search on here for some tips. OH yeah and you should use AC Delco plugs.....I'd NEVER put Bosch plugs in a Blazer.

The main reason is your truck's engine was designed to run on AC Delco's, but I just feel that Bosch aren't ANY good........I've seen new...out-of-the-box bosch plugs that wouldn't fire at all. My Blazer went 101,000 miles on it's ORIGINAL plugs, wires, cap and rotor, so guess what brand get's put back in? I am as much for saving money as anyone, but I look at it like this, If there is a CHANCE that the plugs I buy will make it even for 50,000 miles let alone 100,000 without any problems...I'm buying them! The second set of secondary ignition components have been in my Blazer for 33,000+ miles now and I've had absolutely no concerns with them...I filled up today and this tank was 19.7 MPG...that's the best answer I have for "why no bosch". What is your opinion?

i had some bosh double platinums in my camaro, they seemed to work fine for me, but i dont c any where near the number of cars you do nor did i have it for anywhere near the mialege you did, so no argument here, i just always heard they were a good product, are there any other plugs you would recomend for a performance app, densoes maybe?

To be honest I haven't tried many others, I have always put in whatever was designed for my engine, but I know alot of the aftermarket plugs are "gimick" plugs....for example any plug with more than one electrode...electricity takes the path of least resistance...in other words the SHORTEST path to ground.......If a plug has 1,2 or even 4 (lol) electrodes...it doesn't matter...eventually it's only going to use one of them......hence the term "gimick" they make you think you're going to get more spark energy, but you won't. I hand built the engine for my Caprice and it makes at least 350 HP, It has Vortec heads, performer vortec Intake, Comp Cams 490 Lift 280 Duration cam 1and 5/8" headers, MSD wires,MSD HO ignition module, Jegs Distributor, Holley Street Avenger Carb...etc....and AC Delco plugs.

So I'm returning the plugs then... and the #3 is on the drivers side right?

yea it does take the path of least resistance but that can include more that one path symultaniously, think of it like water, if you have alargeammount of water trying to flow through two pipes, even if one is bigger (ie the "shorter" path, some will still flow through the other pipe because it is still eaiser than all of it flowing through just the one pipe. the elctrodes are the same way, a portion of the spark will flow through all of the elctrodes as long as they are fairly close.
