Default Tow flexible cables to throttle on 95 Blazer

There are two flexible cables going to the carb on my 95 Blazer. The cable next to the main throttle cable is floppy! Idle is too slow and stalling. Suggestions?

I found out that one is for my throttle and one is for my cruise control. (I just know why suddenly the idle is so slow. (I'm used to seeing an adjustment screw on the carb!)

Yes, one would be for your throttle and one would be for your cruise control.

As for how to adjust it, I'm not familiar with the 95s. However, I would suggest not adjusting anything on the throttle body. The idle should be controlled by the ECM instead. Is there a check engine light on? I think your vintage does not use OBD-II so I can't help with the code reading. Perhaps someone else can help with the diagnosis.

A Haynes manual might help if you have not already bought one for yourself.
