i didnt have much luck looking on the fourm for this, i noticed the other day that my throttle cable on my 01 blazer had a lot of slack in it and when i had a friend push my pedal all the way to the floor i found that my throttle blade was only open about 80 percent (i could still pull my throttle open a little more by hand). i looked around my throttle body and pedal and couldnt see anything that looked like an adjuster, so if there is a way to adjust this cable tighter) please let me know.

 

It doesn't look like there is any adjustment...

You could try moving the bracket out away from the front of the throttle body by swapping it's position on the special bolt/stud that holds it there. Or possibly adding something to the cable between the cable end & the throttle pedal to take up the slack.

 

i kinda had a feeling i was gona have to make something up hah, i was just wondering though because they have an adjuster on the cruise control cable so i was just wondering, ill post if im able to make something decent work.
