Your blazer should have an HEI distributor, not the older points style. As such, this module will not help. You can get a performance coil (I have an Accell Super Coil on the distributor I am planning on dropping into the motor in my K5) as well as an upgraded electronic ignition module for under the rotor, but that is pretty much it without going to a new distributor.

Thanks for answering people, i think i have a special kind of distributor because i do not see a coil, it might be inside the distributor.

I would like to show you some pictures of my distributor so that you can tell me what kind is it and how can i improve in order to obtain more hp and better mileage.

I would like to find some trick that help me to save some fuel, because my truck has a low mileage, 12.5 miles per gallon.

Thanks

That is an HEI distributor. The coil is mounted to the top of the distributor cap.

As far as saving fuel... That is a difficult one as you are driving a fullsize truck with an I6 engine that is not all that great on fuel to begin with...
