im guessing you are looking to get more hp... so intake, exhaust, maybe some underdrive pulleys... and if you have some money left over a power programmer from hypertech

Definately start with K&N. they have high flow air filters, and even cold air intakes for a 4.3 blazer, (I have an 03 4.3). I put the air filter in yesterday, wow. Night and day. Throttle response is amazing. there's really no point in the cold air intake on a blazer, because it only gives you like 3 extra hp over the filter. The filter also improves gas mileage. For only forty bucks, it's a real deal, plus they give you cool little stickers, i put one on my air tube system. It looks righteous.

I am not a fan of K&N or any of those air filters. Sure they let in more air, however they also let in more dirt. The whole reason you have an air filter is to filter out dirt. Kind of defeats the purpose.

Plus I find it ironic that they offer a million mile warrenty. They know that the engine will never last that long, especially with all the dirt it lets by to eat away at the rings and gaskets.

Buy a new AC Delco every three months, you will be money ahead in the long run.

A better flowing exhaust would be a good mod. Headers would be even better.
Chip or reprogram the current chip would be the best.

I agree you don't need a cold air intake. The dealer already installed one.

IF you want better trottle response, cut that flap off the bottom of the butterfly.

Another good mod is new sensors. Performance sensors.
