I have a 2001 LS, 4.3 I was driving and seemed to lose all power, once I got stopped the engine just quit, it has fire and pressure (not exactly how much pressure) and will run with ether or gas put into the throttle body, the fuel pump purges and it sounds fine. It will crank just fine, just won't run. Does anyone have any ideas? I was told by a couple buddy's that it may the igniton module and to have it checked, but I'm not sure.

 

Have you tried searching in here? There are lots of posts & remedies in here for issues like that.
