Default 1988 S10 4.3 intermittent rough idle / dies at idle

1988 S10 Blazer 4x4 140K miles 4.3 TBI
Will occasionally start to lug at idle then die when warm, most frequently happens after getting off the expressway. Slight pressure on the throttle will keep it from dying.
Would greatly appreciate any thoughts or ideas
New MAP sensor
New IAC
New throttle body gasket
can't find any vacuum leaks

Some things to consider:

Have you cleaned the throttle body and plate?
Have you looked at the TPS?
Is your idle rpm normal?
Do you know if your fuel pressure is adequate?
Does spark look strong at idle?
Have you done a compression test recently?

Have you looked at the TPS? No, but i will test it tonight
Is your idle rpm normal? 1300ish in park, 1100ish in gear
Do you know if your fuel pressure is adequate? No, will see about testing this

Since you don't have a fuel line shrader you will need an adaptor to test fuel pressure. I seem to remember a target pressure of 12psi with a service range of 9-13psi.

Another thing to check is system voltage when it is running crappy. You will have to catch it before it start dying and the alternator is losing speed.

A few more things to consider: timing, plugs, PCV valve.

Having to replace the fuel injection spider assembly on my '99 4.3 L Blazer. Is there a non- oem spider assembly that is worth the risk.

Please start a new thread so we can address your problem on its own as its unrelated to this thread.
