Default 1990 Blazer s10(tahoe) 4.3 tranny

I removed the tranny, took the exhaust partially out of my way and couple bolts broke. Any ideas where I could new ones. Also I was told there is some kind of throttle cable that has to be adjusted or the rebuilt tranny will burn up fast. I seen something called a 'Detention Cable' or something like that. Should I just get a new one and adjust that? Actually how do I adjust it lol.. Help help lol!

for the bolts go to a junkyard, engine rebuilder, part store before the dealer as for the cable there should be an adjustment screw on it as for adjusting it i haven't done one so im hoping another forum member could do an assist on the cable adjustment part, sorry couldn't help out more just thought of giving you at least something towards your question.
