Default 1990 k5 having trouble shifting

Hey guys. I have a 1990 k5 blazer and it's been having some issues shifting from 1st to 2nd. As I'm driving it'll stay in 1st for a minute and it feels like it's having trouble catching 2nd gear. When I let off the gas and re-engage it'll catch it. Transmission fluid was flushed and refilled about 3 weeks ago. So far the only thing that's been suggested is to check my tv cable. Anyone else have this same issue? Thanks in advance for any advice or tips given!

I ordered a new tv cable, changed transmission fluid and filter and it's running solid now.
