Default 1992 Blazer S10 rough idle and spitting/ sputtering under acceleration

Hey there, i got a 1992 Blazer S10 with roughly 70k miles. about 2 weeks ago it all of a sudden started running rough at idle and would spit and sputter stupid bad under acceleration. it would be fine to about 2k if taking it easy but anything over that it starts popping and what not. Scanned my truck and found a 32 code on for the egr/ map sensor. replaced both, the code went away but still i had the same issue. decided to pull my plugs out and take a look and they were soaked with gas. i replaced the wires, plugs, cap, and rotor not even 5k miles ago. i decided to get a new coil, cap, rotor, ignition module and try it out but i still have the same issue. also saw sometimes that the coolant sensor could be an issue, replaced it and noticed it was corroded pretty good. put the new one in and still same issue. then i decided to check fuel pressure. fuel tank, lines, fuel pump/sending unit, and fuel filter are all new not even 10k on them. i’m getting 60psi with the key on, but i noticed that the gauge leaked down after a little to about 55. while running it gets about 50-54psi as the gauge needle is bouncing around so i think everything is good there. please i need some help, only rig i got right now as my jeep is in the shop as it’s not running right either. thanks!!!
