Default 1992 s10 blazer 4.3 super doggy, no power.

I have a 1992 s10 blazer 4.3 v6 tbi vin z.
I've had this truck for about 5 years now and it has 156k miles on it. It runs great and has never had any major problems but it's super doggy, like it has hardly any power. I've driven some older s10's like mine that have tons of power and feel like a Ferrari compared to mine. Does anybody else have a 4.3 that's a dog like this? And would it most likely be a worn out motor problem like rings or valve seals or would it be worn out tranny?
