Just got done with tune up and oil change starting driving nice and everything.. B4 it had a slight ticking noise now after everything, its louder. Put octane booster in it and drove it around abit. Now its louder i say its a pretty good knocking now but could be my opinion not to knowledgeable about it but really need all the info for it. Don't wanna get rid of it and don't want to have to spend anymore $$ on it. Well decent amount of $ is fine but not a huge amount. If any1 has an idea post asap need to get it going.
EDIT..
Nvm found out its either rod or bearing would like to fix if any1 has an idea, I took it to aamco and idk if there just trying to get $$ or what its not the first time they have tried to f*** me over. I can post video soon and have some1 else give it a listen its faster with acceleration im young with hope soo anything could help i really dont want to get rid of my truck its gotta cool body kit.

Sounds to me like a lifter tick when you first start it and a lower bearing knock when you rev it up. Unfortunately for you its gonna get worse nothing you can do. You can thicken the oil with some stp or something but its not really gonna help and if it does it wont help for long. Better start looking for a new long block to replace it. You can get remanufactured ones from like ebay , napa , auto zone etc they start about 1600$. Thats the best way or you can look threw the junk yards and get another engine but ya never know exactly what your getting. All about how long you plan to keep it and how much $ you wanna spend.

no way to drop oil pan an just try an replace bearing ? or is it completely ruined $1600 isnt really an option and im not very experienced so dropping a new engine isnt an option cause i dont have all needed equipment

Dropping the oil pan and replacing bearings is harder than replacing the engine IMO. Also the success rate with just replacing bearings on a bad knock is very low. On a 4x4 blazer you have to disassemble the entire front end ball joints axles and differential to get the oil pan off. In a 2 wheel drive blazer you have to lift the engine to get the oil pan off.
Sorry for your bad luck but it sounds to me as if you will be better off with a new engine or a used engine.
