My 1994 s10 4wd 4.3 Ltr TBI is hard to start. Spits back through intake while cranking. After cranking it runs great in neutral. Has no power driving down the road. Spits and pops after sitting at idle for a minute. One press of the accelerator then it will take fuel again.
New air and fuel filter. New wires and plugs. Checked timing. Was way advanced. Set back to zero degrees and now won't idle for crap. Same issues as above still there as well.
No check engine light on (it does work btw) Egr valve appears to be functioning. Took it off, it wasn't clogged. Diaphragm moves when working accelerator pedal. Fuel injectors have nice clean stream, appears to be plenty of fuel coming through them.
Thinking possibly timing chain stretched. Please help.
