Default 1995 blazer issue (rather big i think)

First off, I would like to say hello to all and thank you in advance for any help i may receive.

Ok, so i have a 95 blazer that i put a 97 blazer motor, tranny, wiring harness, and computer into... (my 97 body was disappearing). The 95 was fuel injection and the 97 is throttle body (don't know if this plays a part in the problem). The issue is the wiring harness from the 97 doesn't exactly match up to the 95 body. Now i have power in certain places and not in others. For example when i turn the key over nothing happens (at all) like i didn't even turn the key over. There are connections that don't go anywhere on the harness as well as connections on the body which have nothing to plug into them. As you can tell i know very little about working on cars. I had help but they backed out after so many issues, now i am on my own. I guess my biggest question is should i have ever attempted this at all? Any advise/help would be greatly appreciated.

There is A LOT different between the two. So much so that trying to help you over the internet is going to be VERY difficult. There is that much different between them that you really need to sit down with the factory service manuals from both and work out a plan. I wouldn't have recommended the change.

If anything, I would have recommended using your heads, intake, & fuel system on the '97 short block.

This may be a stupid question, but if I take a intake off of a 95 at a junk yard (fuel injection) and use it with the computer and wiring harness form the 95 (still have) with the rest, would that possibly work?

The heads are different so the CPI intake will not bolt to SCFI heads. You would have to swap the heads, intake, & fuel system from your old CPI motor or another CPI motor. Preferably from another '95 as there were changes.
