My transmission busted behind the pan. i found a transmission fairly cheap that has a sticker on bellhousing that says 5TAD and on passenger side it says 5TAD357H ٫ my question is well this work in my 1995GMC sierra . it didn't come with the transfer case so I'll have to use mine ! I'm assuming 5TAD means its a 95 4L60E . buy i know 1995 Chevy Silverado is a stand alone year and year specific. and I've read where some people say pwm started sometime in 95٫ but this new transmission i got Durant have pwm stamped in bellhousing! i don't know about the one in my truck ٫ I haven't pulled it yet ! Any help would be appreciated !
