1996 blazer Check engine light

Default 1996 blazer Check engine light
So my blazer has 150000 miles on it and it runs great but i took it ti the shop to get new tires and the inspections and apparently the check engine light came on. Have any of you experienced this? is it gonna be a huge issue if it runs great or will it just be minor

we need to know what code tripped the CEL.

And here they wont pass it if there has been a CEL within the last 24 hours.

it could be many things just try and see what code it threw and then post it up on here
