1998 blazer starts fine then stops a few seconds later. Fuel pressure looks good at start up and then starts flucutating just before it dies. What is the most probable cause, fuel pump, fuel pressure rugulator, or vacume lines?

 

Do you notice the security light illuminating when this happens?

 

No. I don't get any indications at all other than the engine stops.

Fuel filter replacement cleared problem.
