Default 1996 Blazer with seized engine ?

I have a 1996 4 door Blazer with a seized motor in it. I have a couple questions. Would it be worth it to you guys to replace the engine or part it out? Also if I replace the engine how bad would the job be to replace a 4.3. I have replaced 3 Blazer trannys on my back in my garage but never a 4.3 engine yet. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks guys
