Default 1996 Chevy blazer. 4WD

So I have a 1996 Chevy blazer. 4.3 engine. And It just got a tune up. My gas gage is a floater. But the first time I start it for the day it starts perfectly. But when I go to start it again or after classes. I have to hit the gas alittle or keep trying. I can't figure this out. Please help I have been trying to figure this out for little over a week. And the car just got a new belt also.

Have you done a leak down test? My first thought is a leaking fuel pressure regulator or injector assembly.
