Default 1998 chevy blazer starts runs and shut off

I have a 1998 chevy blazer that has 130000 miles on it never had a problem with after changing the brakes i started it up took it down the street and back we to try to start it back up and all it started ran for a 5 seconds and shut off i took to the local chevy dealership i was told it was it was low on coolant and only firing on two cyclinders **not i drove this vehicle from ohio to georgia back to ohio in a 24 hour span drove it back to georgia and back to ohio and from ohio to georgia to North carolina i have change the fluid religously please help get my baby back on the road.

Does the security light come on when it dies? If so, check out the ignition switch link in my signature.

i'm not sure i seen the security light come on i may not have paid attention to it
