its good enough to not misfire. If still setting P0101 please also report MAF reading at idle, and
then at full throttle 1-2 shift.

I don’t have a scanner capable of doing that at the moment.

If you scanner will display live fuel trims, then I bet it will display MAF reading. Maybe check some more for the MAF PID? It is a basic OBD2 function, just like fuel trims. Alternatively you can get one of the scanners that I mentioned.

Thanks! 2000 rpm values are skewed a bit but are not too far off. You add short term to long term for each bank and then compare how far from zero. Plus value means it is adding more fuel than the factory calibration in order to give the O2 sensor value that it wants to see. Negative value means it is taking away fuel from the factory calibration in order to give the O2 sensor value that it wants to see. No smoking gun here for an idle misfire. Values are percent. I was using this to see if it had a vacuum leak causing idle misfire - and it does not appear so.

So lets concentrate on the P0101 please by the MAF values at the two RPMs.

Best wishes

Do both MAF tests need to be done at full throttle?

Nope - idle test is just idling in park. The other is watch for maximum MAF during full throttle 1-2 shift (should be at about 4900 rpm). Just nail it while in drive, from a 20 mph roll and watch for maximum MAF as it shifts. We're looking for around 5 g/s at idle and then more than 135g/sec at full throttle shift. That will be the range of your MAF. If units are something else than grams on your scanner, we can convert. Good luck!

Okay thanks! I’ll do the test while leaving work and report back!

With my ignition on and not running my map sensor is reading 100 is that something to worry about? It might be a dumb question but I don’t know how to read any of this.

so I just done that test. At idle it’s showing .755lb/min and the 1-2 shift is 16lb/min
