Default 4l60e issues

I rebuilt it a few months ago and it seems to be a little sluggish in 1st gear as if it’s slipping. All other gears pull/shift as they should but starting off just isn’t the same as it was. I’ve pulled it back out 3 different times chasing other issues and rechecked all clearances (all to factory specifications).

So far Parts replaced:
All steels and frictions
Seals
Plastic accumulators upgraded to aluminum
Molded pistons
Low roller clutch (sprag)
Forward sprag
Torque converter
Input drum (27 spline)
Bushings
Pump body and cover (complete) including 13 vein rotor and slide
Boost valve (stock new)
Transgo drop-in Pressure regulator valve
3rd gear check ball capsule (servo bore)
Rebuilt valve body

Line pressure:
60-65 at idle
Pressure boost at shift is approx 180-190
After shift approx 90 then dropping to 60psi
Reverse 90-120
Sharp spike with throttle blip in gear 60-120

All specs are verified through the ATSG book.
Any ideas on why it’s acting like this? I was kinda thinking it was a bad torque converter but reverse is as normal as it was before…I’m at a loss…..

so i had a 94x, bought it at auction, what a rip off, supposedly ran and drove. I went to pick it up. The tires were flat battery was dead, so I threw it on a trailer, took it home didn't take much to get it running, but when I did get it running, I backed it off the trailer and then realized it had no forward gears. I paid a guy on OfferUp who says he rebuild transmissions to rebuild the transmission. I get it back and he gets all wonky on me saying hey this is a split your trans so I wish I had known that I wouldn't have done it, what's wrong? I asked him he said I don't know but if you have problems, give me a call. Long story short I had problems. I called him. He knew nothing. In the end, it took a new ECU I think almost all of those ECU must go bad somewhere 20 year mark. They lose grounds and weird stuff happens. This particular transmission would try to run in two different gears at the same time sometimes and it would drift in and out of limp mode every time the voltage the transmission dropped to 11.9 V even if the battery was at 14 five. because the O2 sensor right by the transmission shares power with the transmission force heater, when it goes down, it takes down the transmission which goes to limp mode second and third gear only I went through all the electrical realize it was only 11.9 V fixed that , with the big three wires fix but the trans still wouldn't shift right replace the ECU on a whim thank you flash and eBay problem solved .
