4l60e Sonnax 2.84 close ratio kit

Ideas on the Sonnax 2.84 close ratio kit?
Anyone using one?
Its a pricey part, add in I haven’t found anyone that has done it to a 4l60e in a 4x4.
I would think a tighter ratio would be better on the motor as well keeping it within the powerband?

**Im having my 4l60e rebuilt in a couple weeks and on the fence if I should get one or not. Decided to build my blazer versus price of a new truck. Wowza
