My next question is, whats the best way to clean the ATF fluid from the vacuum lines?

the best way to do it is to throw them out and replace them.

Jsut the 3 from the vacuum switch?

So i have the transfer case out, do i have to take out the 4 Hex bolts to put a new seal in? Sorry for all the questions first time doing this. Thank you
