1989 Chevy Blazer S-10 4.3L V6
When I first start the truck I can hear a ticking noise coming from almost underneath the drivers floor or rear of motor standing at the nose. When I put the truck in gear it goes away or doesn't do it as bad. Could this be the torque converter? And if so a friend of mine mentioned turning it but I don't know what I'm looking for or what I need to be doing. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

hey buddy, so does this noise change if you adjust the wheel? i have a 1989 tahoe, and it make a click sometimes that stops when i put her in gear. i thought it was in the steering linkage. also how is your floor? i had sagging body mounts in the front and it amplified every little noise.
