91 chevy stepside all aluminum 5.3 swap with 700r4 tranny..first off 3rd and overdrive went out..anyway before it did you could floor it in 1st and it would get up and go like it wanted to just get nasty but then it nose dived like you turned the key off,then it would pick back up and fall right back on its face again till it shifted into second then it would be fine...mods are torquer v3 cam 644 598 lift at 111 lsa,stock truck intake,stock injectors from an 02 5.3,long tube headers,texas-speed tune,stock 700r4 tranny with the exception of a vette servo but I am now going to build it to the hilt...stock 97 vortec 350 fuel pump..2500 stall,idk whats goin on with it..during the install of the fuel pump I noticed the main line from the actual pump (motor) to the top of the sending unit was kind of kinked in the L so i bent it back a lil bit in an effort to straighten it back out but idk if it did it any good..idk if its starvin for fuel or the lockup is muffed up..idk its makin me furious...fuel pressure tested at 55-60 at idle..
