Default 91 s10 blazer

I have a 91 s10 blazer 4x4 210k miles and ever since i had it for about 4 yrs ive always had a problem with the spark plugs always going bad and getting dirty within a month... Sometimes there is oil on the spark plug threads. Also it eats oil like crazy. I know that there was maintenance on one of the piston cylinders i think a sleeve was placed in it for compression loss or something. Other issues i have with it are just cosmetics. I would appreciate any feedback

With that amount of miles on the engine and the symptoms you describe, I would suspect worn piston rings and/or cylinder wear. Starting with a compression test you can begin to eliminate possibilities and home in one what is the true cause.
