91 s10 blazer transmission problem-
I have a 91 s10 blazer 4.3tbi 4x4 Auto . I was driving it tonight to a family members house when I went to back into there drive way I went to move the shifter up it to go in reverse. it moved freely like there was nothing there so I messed with it for a few mins and it started to work again. so I said OK must just be me then i left my family house and it drove fine up till I went to back in my drive way. the thing was moving freely but now i can only get it in to reverse neutral, over drive, drive and 2 and 1. I know kinda a lot about cars but this kinda trick me. The only thing i can come up with is the linkage is messed. any advice will be appreciated. thanks alot Joe
Well i went under the beast today and one of the coters pins came off the linkageso i replace it and it working fine. But it is sloppy so next time i go to the bone yard Im gonna get a better or anew one and it will be nice an smooth.
