93 rough idle bluesh smoke and gas out exhaust

4.3 vortec seems to clear up when rpms are up but idles rough new plugs and wires

Bluish smoke is indicative of oil burning in the combustion chamber. When you replaced the plugs, what did the old ones look like?

Have you tested the fuel pressure and leak down rate?
