94 CPI 4.3 probelms
It's idleing rough, has poor gas mileage (11mpg) and smells of fuel, started doing this after i cleaned the EGR valve because a big chunk of carbon had stuck it wide open. here are somethings i noticed/tested. it still has tons of power, I took the Intake valve off the top of the manifold and checked both sides to see if one was cleaner than the other for a bad FPR, they are both very black. it has a steady 60psi fuel pressure at idle. seems to idle better when it warms up (also has a check engine light after a while of running but goes away when you turn it off and start it back up) and has poor vacume at idle 10psi.

When was the last time a tune up has been done (plugs/wires/cap/rotor)? And what is the mileage on the vehicle now?
It is possible that your O2 sensor has started to get lazy on you which is causing over fueling of the engine. This can be accellerated by a stuck EGR valve and vise versa (a lazy O2 can cause an EGR valve to get gunked up). If you have multiple O2 sensors, the one that you need to be concerned with is the one closest to the exhaust manifolds and should be directly after the 'Y' in the y-pipe.
Oh and next time, I don't need to be poked inorder to know that you have posted...

I found out how to do the wire jump/flashingCEL to get the codes, every sensor on the motor appeared, like 7 different codes but none said o2 sensor, so i disconnected the battery to reset everything and went for a drive untill the CEL came on, turned it off and then drove around again untill it came back on again, then i checked the codes. only one that came up was the egr valve, so i'm going to pull that back off again and make sure i got all the carbon out.

make sure youuse an egr gasket with a screen in it. Most parts stores have them for like $6. It will help from getting chunks of carbon in the egr valve.

RE: 94 CPI 4.3 probelms
There was another big chunk of carbon stuck in the egr valve, i plugged up the hole going into the intake and left the exhaust hole open and then started the truck to blow out any more carbon that was left in there, reved it up a few times but didnt see anything fly out. unfortunatly advance auto parts didnt have a gasket with a screen in it, so i'll try and find onesomewhere else, that why i'll have the gasket next time i have to take the egr off. Thanks for the help, i've only had this blazer for about 2 weeks and have learned so much

Advance Auto Parts does carry it, I work at one. It is not in the computer, but they have two options in the store. One is in the tune up section and is made by Tomco (part number 2-1357) for about $12. The other is in the HELP section (part number 47007) and runs about $8.

my 94 had near same problem poor mileage, rough idle.I kept getting code 32 (EGR). I cleanded out the carbon, then it happend again, and again.I had the egr tested,(I guess their is a way to test them) it fail the 3,-4,-5,-6,th test out of 6 different test.I got one out of the junk yard for $40. It kept happening, soI just bought a new one for $200. Have not got the code sence.
