First off, i'm new here.
I have a 94 full size blazer sport, 5spd, 4x4, 5.7l
Tranny shift's fine when you first start out, clutch is realeasing correctly.
After it gets warmed up it seems the clutch doesn't release completely and makes it hard to shift.
I have put in a new clutch, resurfaced the flywheel, new slave cylinder, and new master cylinder. I just changed out the dot3 fluid for synthetic dot4.
I have bled and bled all the air I can find out................
Anyone else run into something like this and fix it? all help appreciated.........
I posted this same thing on another forum with little help. They didn't give much help.

Hmm that is a weird one. I am not very familiar with the manual blazers but do know manuals in general.
Have you tried adjusting the clutch any? That is pretty much all I can think of, you might have to get a new clutch kit overall..........(throw out bearing, clutch etc includes pretty much everything other than flywheel)

I can't figure it all out.
Unless the flywheel is too thin, bent clutch fork, or worn clutch fork pivot ball.........

I don't think a shop would have resurfaced the flywheel below spec, at least not a reputable one.
You could always take it down to a decent tranny place and have them look at it. Some good shops around me even check them out for free.........

Well might take it to a shop and see what they tell me. I may not be getting all the air out.

Well due to this being an unreputable shop you could call around to a few other shops and see what the thinnest you can go on the flywheel is, then measure it yourself. Of course to measure the flywheel you're going to have to drop the tranny.
