95 4.3 Blazer--Problems Part II...after nut kit
So, by process of elimination, we figure the problem with the truck cutting out and the fuel pump howling *must be* due to the slightly-too-long internal fuel line crimping when it heats up. Logically, it makes sense, right? So I go to the blazerforum and learn that we need something called a nut kit; we get one at NAPA, DH and BIL install it, put the truck back together and viola! it runs like ****!! What in the world? It was actually running great before, as long as it didn't get a little warm. Now it is running like it's about to die any minute, misfiring like crazy. So they took it all apart, checked everything, looked fine, put back together, still running like crap. SES light is not only on, but flashing (what does THAT mean??) Code kicking is "Multiple misfires." Well, no duh. So, any ideas about what to check next?????
