Default 95 to 96 engine conversion

Alright, so I'm going to convert my 95 CPI top end (intake manifold and heads and everything else) over to a 96 SCFI. My main question is will the long block components such as the alternator and ac compressor be fine in the spots where they are already or will I have to move them around and use the brackets from the 96? I know I have to change the heads over because the bolt pattern is different on the 96 for the intake manifold, do all that and get the wire harness and brain box from the 96 as well. Any thing else I need to look out for?
