If it's a 95 there should be 2 the one you want top remove is up where the Y-pipe and Cat connect the other is between cat and muffler, Keep trying the torch once it's cherry red it should move for you. What was the live data showing was it moving quickly 100-900 range

I tore the stupid sensor off the pipe! So much for my 5' home made wrench to get it off.. I tried PB blaster, torch, PB blaster, torch.. nothing worked, except ripping it off the pipe! Even off the pipe, I had a hell of a time getting the bung off the sensor, but I finally got it off.

I'm in the process of trying to get the 'y' pipe off, but its stuck on the catalytic converter. I posted in another forum here regarding that issue. If you have any input I'm all eyes.
To answer your question, the oxygen sensor seemed 'slow'.. That is, if I pressed the accelerator, it took about 2 seconds to actually respond. It was swinging between 100-900mv pretty well, just seemed laggy.
I'm thinking the catalytic converter now. Hope I get that pipe off.. I need to tow this coming week because I'm going on vacation.

Did the sensor break or the Y-pipe itself I don't think they make the y-pipes for the 95 anymore but if you find something let me know because I want to replace I had to cut off my cat and was out of torch fuel so the Y-pipe is cut on an angle I welded an adaptor to the end but it has leaks

Yeah, advance auto said it was a special order, called a 'federal pipe'.. I'll try to get more info for you

Well, I busted out the catalytic converter.. It was pretty bad.. I could see through most of it but some of it was restricted.. When I get it back together I'll let everyone know how it runs now.

I think the cat was partially plugged, I cleaned it all out and installed a new O2 sensor and it runs like a new truck!

Well, after all this screwing around with everything, I think its finally fixed!!
I finally figued it was the fuel injector, and I was right. I installed a new CPI 'spider' and all the problems I had went away! No more:
* Bogging at light throttle
* Hesitation
I took off the intake plenum and saw the passenger side was clean. I still cannot figure out how that much fuel could have been leaking, but it was nearly clean. It was probably just the fuel pressure regulator, but I just replaced the whole spider.
I ran my scanner and noticed that when I accelerate now, the O2 sensor swings. Didn't use to do that!
