ok all this one needs help 95 blazer 4.3 vortec having issues with electrical. unit will idle but with tps hooked up idle jumps to 3000 rpm unhook it and idles normal around 800 rpm. also when put in gear it dies.any ideas what could be the cause ? any and all help apreciated. thanks

Using a multimeter you can check this sensor if it is good.

 

ok the tpi sensor is good and the scan tool isnt doing me any favors cause this motor doesnt have a mass air intake sensor but uses the map and idle air sensor code p0102 mass air comes up but thats all. IF THE MOTOR WILL RUN NORMAL BUT AFTER WARM UP CYCLE IS COMPLETE IT WILL REV UP TO AROUND 2000, NOTHING WILL CHANGE IT.MY QUESTION NOW IS WILL A BAD GROUND IN SYSTEM CAUSE THIS? thanks guys
