Default 98 to 01 blazer knock sensor differences ?

Hi, i have a question on an engine swap, the 98 models have a one wire crank sensor, and the 2000 and up have a 2 wire sensor.I have installed a couple of the newer engines in the older models and just drilled and tapped the hole for the knock sensor, seemed to work fine. The question i have is i want to install the engine from a 98 into a 2001, the 98 block has the bigger hole in it but the 2001 crank sensor just takes a small bolt, what are the options i have to make the 2 wire sensor fit the 1 wire sensor block?Any help would be appreciated, Thanks
