96 blazer engine tick

I have a 96 blazer I have done a lot of work to lately
Fuel pump
Starter
Intake gaskets
Valve cover gaskets
Spark plugs
Wires
Distributor and cap and rotor
Now I changed oil Thursday and when driving Friday it started ticking and lacking power
Any ideas

Does it have oil pressure? enough oil? Sounds like the lifters aren't pumping up, due to lack of oil pressure.
