If I do rebuild what brand is good my neighbor says alto clutches,I would add some sonnax parts to the valve body.Any recommendations are welcomed that's why Iam here.I bought my truck for 300 bucks and just did the intake gasket of course I used fel-pro perma dry.

I personally have no hands on experience with this company but in researching trans options for my truck I've done allot of reading and almost all of it wad positive 4L60E Monster-In-A-Box Transmission Rebuild Kits. $625 in parts and you can build a trans to handle 500 hp seems like a smart way to go to me. I'd personally opt for the converter as well. This is actually the exact route I will be going when it's time and it will be time cause my trans isn't happy about turning 40" tires lol!

I will Iam also working on a 94 Honda accord and swapping a jdm motor and trans nothing fancy just replacements.I'll be starting trans my 4L80E swap next month after I figure out the cross member cost or deal I've been at this for a month.

I bet it's not 40's on a blazer and I thought I was crazy for wanting a 4l80e lol.

The crossmember is the easiest part of this whole thing IMO.

And I did see the monster in a box check out the specs the have on the stock 4l80e it's there fault Iam going at this.

I hope it is easy on my wallet I have all the rest almost figured out if GM did the combo on in the silverado 2500 and 3500 and also in the Chevy express 2500 and 3500,Why not a guy with a heavy right foot.

Like I said please keep a log of every dime you spend along the way and include any time you put in or labor you pay for I really do want to see what this costs in the end. I personally wouldn't ever do it but that don't mean I ain't interested!

I know that on 4x4 s10 it's a bit more complicated but I will keep a log and pics.I'll be back with an update soon.
