Default 98 chevy blazer LT 4.3L V6 running lean

So i’ve been watching youtube and looking on other forums for the location of my fuel pressure regulator and they all said that it was under my intake so i took my intake off and it wasnt there. after i put it all back together and started it up it was idiling between 1500 and 2000. it jerks hard when i put it in gear. can anyone help me with the location of my fuel pressure regulator so i can replace that and my issue of it running lean?

Have you checked your fuel pressure? How much do you have?
