99 Blazer problem

99 Blazer problem
Have a problem with 99 Blazer. It hesitates when you put it in drive. It doesnt always do it. It doesnt do it when you stop and take off it only does it after you put it in drive. The trans filter was changed and new fluid still doing it. Any ideas what it could be. The 4 wheel drive is also out.
