Default 99 Blazer, v6, 4.3 sputtering

Hi, so I've made a few posts about my Blazer, so I'll recap because I'm still having issues. It's a 99 Blazer, 4.3 V6. A few years ago it started running crappy in the rain and winter. Got to the point it would start extremely hard in the cold, and ran choppy when it was wet. Eventually changed the fuel pump and filter about a year ago, then 6 months ago changed the water pump, spark plugs and wires and ran fine until winter, started doing it again. Then the temp sensor went out, so changed that and the thermostat, and surprise, it was running perfect, easy start, no sputtering, then a few weeks ago it would start and run fine warming up, but after 10 minutes to would lightly misfire, choppy acceleration and sputters at stop lights, with more choppy acceleration. So changed the cap, rotor and TPS, and it's still doing it. So, any thoughts? Vacuum leak? Rechange plugs and wires?
