I have a 1999 Chevy blazer, 2 wheel drive. It died while driving and will not start. I changed fuel filter. Thought it was fuel pump cause gas guage has not been working for a while. It is pumping gas when I disconneted the fuel filter. Gas was spurting out when cranked. Gas is showing at the check valve near the throttle. If I pour gas in the throttle body. its cranks and runs until it uses that gas up. What should I check now and procedures. I don't have a manual.

Buy the fuel pressure guage that screws into the Schroeder valve by the distributor on the stainless steel fuel line.
Don't buy the cheap fuel pumps for Blazers, only AC Delco. The cheap ones only last a short time, many are junk and won't provide the 60psi you need.

You can rent the gauge from autozone. Run the fuel pressure and leakdown test with the key on, engine off! Your initial number should be between 60 and 65 and should not go below 55 for 10 minutes. Post back your initial and 10 minute later numbers.
