I have a 99 GMC Jimmy Slt 4x4 runs fine when you first drive it but after coming out of a 70 back into a 55 my rpms rise around 700-1500 several times and sometimes when taking off its sluggish like a brake is hanging thinking maybe my tcc is staying engaged at take off? any help would be greatly appreciated

 

ok i'm starting to think its a shift solenoid problem could my 3-2 down shift be causing this problem? or possibly my 1-2 shift solenoid? cause it coming out of 4 and not going all the way back to first could possibly be a clogged 1-2 solenoid right? or a clogged trans filter? fluid doesnt smell burnt so i dont suspect a slipping clutch and driving with the scan tool plugged in to monitor my trans the tcc is working properly and everything and when it does the rpm climb at 55 if i turn brake lights on the trans goes crazy when the tcc kicks out
