Default 99 Tranny issue I think?

I am not too sure what could be causing this but i am hoping before I spend the 85 dollars to have it checked I could get some assistance. I will list some well known things that I know needs to be changed, if it's any assistance. If I don't let the truck warm up on colder mornings I will get a o2 code saying it isn't heating up correctly, doesn't idle rough but the truck shimmies while idling (guessing motor mounts?). The main issue is the rough shifting. There is no slipping, but I have to push the truck to higher RPMS to get it to shift quicker. Otherwise it will hang until it feels like it. Lastly when it does shift, its pretty rough and very noticeable. I have dropped the pan and for 160,000 the fluid looked very good with nothing out of the ordinary in the pan. I did do the poor mans flush as well.

Have you tried cleaning the MAF sensor? It is amazing what that sensor can affect.
