ABS and T/C lockup connected?

Hey all, was just wondering if since my ABS fuse is pulled (low speed abs activation) if it disabled my lock up on my torque converter? I read that somewhere, but I can't find the source anymore!

i removed the fuse for the same reason and the t/c does not lock anymore...
