Default aftermarket cam replacement

Hey guys, I am trying to find out more information on replacing my cam. I have learned alot from this forum, but have not been able to find anything that lists the steps on how to actually replace the cam with an aftermarket cam. any links to this, or anyone that could tell me how to go about this, would be greatly appreciated!

Remove the lower intake manifold, timing cover, timing chain and gears, rocker arm covers, rocker arms, push rods, valve lifters, balance shaft, radiator, AC condenser & possibly the grille. Then you should be able to get right at the camshaft

Don't forget to replace the timing cover, (can't reuse it). Crankshaft position sensor relearn must be performed with a capable scan tool and camshaft retard must be checked/adjusted.
